Responsible for contributing to successful design, configuration, and deployment of technical solutions to meet with our customers business objectives alongside senior colleagues.
Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the customer as well as our vendors, adopting a consultative and prescriptive approach that inspires trust and confidence.
Develop implementation proficiency and the ability to implement any of our vendors products independently while keeping abreast of the dynamic Cybersecurity and enterprise IT landscape.
Producing and updating documentation for customer engagements to a professional standard.
Experience using, deploying or supporting Windows and/or Unix, Linux systems.
Excellent written and verbal skills for documentation and presentation as part of customer interactions. Ability to clearly articulate to different audiences and bring the message across in a concise, professional manner.
Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites globally.
Ambitious individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
